Looking for some comfort food? We love BBQ meatballs at our house and this recipe is a great one to try! Don't be shocked - there is some ground pork in this recipe. If you don't have any, using ground beef only won't be a problem as they will still be great!
Here is the perfect BBQ Meatball recipe courtesy of Danielle from The Salty Cooker.
Preheat the oven to 375. Spray a broiling pan with nonstick spray. Place skillet over low/med heat add olive oil, onion and Poblano. Saute until translucent, set aside. Place the bread slices in a blender and pulse until they are fine breadcrumbs. In a large mixing bowl add all of the ingredients. Mix until well incorporated. With an ice cream scoop form your meatballs, about 2". Place on the pan and bake for approximately 15-20 mins. Pull from the oven, place in a casserole dish, add your BBQ sauce, return to the oven for 10 minutes. Pull and enjoy!!!
