Refund policy
Return/Refund Policy:
D&D Beef is shipping perishable products and therefore are not able to accept returns. Perishable cannot be restocked or resold. Please review your order and corresponding receipt carefully and if any changes need to be made, please email danddbeef@gmail.com immediately.
If you are not completely satisfied with your D&D Beef for good reason, please contact danddbeef@gmail.com within seven (7) days of receipt. We will review your order and any reported issues and offer an appropriate resolution which may include replacement of the product in question, credit towards your next order, or a partial/full refund. We may ask for photos of the product label and damage reported as we are unable to physically access the product.
We guarantee delivery to the address provided when the order is placed/shipped and when retrieved on the guaranteed delivery date.
As our products are perishable, we cannot guarantee the condition of the delivery if the address is incorrectly entered, a change of address isn't updated prior to the invoice date, if address is altered during transit, or if you are unable to retrieve the order on the guaranteed delivery date and did not notify us prior to the order being invoiced.
When placing your order, please enter your shipping address carefully to ensure accuracy and review your receipt/account for any errors. If you enter the shipping address incorrectly when the order is placed, please email danddbeef@gmail.com immediately for correction. Should your shipping address change, please email danddbeef@gmail.com
If your package needs to be left at a specific location of your building, please be sure to add this to the comments section at checkout or email danddbeef@gmail.com to update the address.
If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided or refusal of delivery when shipped according to our terms and conditions, we must dispose of the contents and you will not be refunded. In the event an order is delivered late due to an incorrect address or if you are unable to retrieve on the delivery date without prior notification and thawing/damage occurs, you will not be refunded. If you would like an order that was improperly addressed or not retrieved on the guaranteed delivery date reshipped, you will be charged 50% of the cost for the replacement shipment.
Return/Refund Policy for Carrier Damaged Products:
While we plan on every delivery arriving on time and without issue, delays or damage can occur once the package is in transit via the carrier (UPS/FedEx/USPS) that are out of our control due to weather, accidents, etc. In the event of damage caused by improper handling or late delivery, we are happy to file a claim and replace the shipment. We ask that you please email danddbeef@gmail.com within seven (7) days of receipt, provide a description of the damage, and a photo(s) of the order in the state it was received.
Claim filing is time sensitive and photos are required in order to show proof of damage.
Return/Refund Policy for Damaged Products (not carrier related):
In the unlikely event of damage, we ask that you please email danddbeef@gmail.com within seven (7) days of receipt, provide a description of the damage, and a photo(s) of the order in the state it was received. We will happily review you your order and any reported issues and offer an appropriate resolution which may include replacement of the product in question, credit towards your next box, or a partial/full refund. Since we aren’t able to physically access the product, we may ask that you provide photos of the product label and damage reported.
Ranch Events: Terms Of Purchase
The Terms of Purchase are between you, the purchaser and the purchaser’s guests (together “you” or “the Participant”) and “Ranch Dinner” by D&D Beef LLC. In consideration of the consent of D&D Beef to provide you with services, you voluntarily agree to the following terms and conditions of purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase a ticket.
Eligibility
The Ranch Dinner experience is intended for adults. Due to the length of the event, the family-style service, and out of respect for all of our guests, participants must be 21 years of age to participate. Additionally, participants may not bring animals of any sort.
Weather
In the event of a weather delay, D&D Beef will postpone and reschedule the Ranch Dinner event. Participants will not be entitled to a refund or additional financial accommodations due to poor weather conditions.
Force Majeure
Any delay in whole or in part in the event caused by the occurrence of any fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of God, pandemic or widespread illness, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions or revolutions, or any other similar cause beyond the reasonable control of D&D Beef shall be excused and not considered a breach of this Agreement, nor shall it entitle the Participant a refund on the purchase amount.
Refunds and Cancellation
Due to the nature of the events, no refunds or credits will be given if the Participant is unable to attend. However, tickets can be transferred to someone else. Please contact us michaela@danddbeef.com with the new guest’s information at least 24 hours prior to the event. Transferring funds for your tickets is your responsibility.
In the case of an event being postponed due to circumstances beyond D&D Beef’s control, D&D Beef will reschedule said event and all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled future event date. No monetary refunds will be issued. If a guest is unable to attend the rescheduled event, D&D Beef will issue a credit for the original purchase amount, for the guest to use toward another event of their choice.
Attire
No refunds or accommodations will be provided as a result of improper attire worn by the Participant. Events take place on all sorts of natural terrain and in the fields of a working ranch, so please wear proper attire and appropriate shoes. Please dress accordingly and remember to wear appropriate shoes – we suggest closed toe shoes. A jacket is recommended as it can get cool in the evening.
Limited License
D&D Beef reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any Participant whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly, or any Participant who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein.
Media License
The Participant consents to D&D Beef’s commercial, journalistic and internal use of any media image, audio or visual, taken by, on behalf of, or for the use of Outstanding in the Field during your participation in the event.

By participating in the event, the Participant represents and warrants that s/he knows of no medical or physical reason why s/he should not participate in the activities.
Release and Waiver
YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING, OR AFTER SAID EVENT. EACH PARTICIPANT KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND RELINQUISHES D&D BEEF AND D&D CATTLE COMPANY OFFICERS, MANAGERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY “THE RELEASEES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS AND DEMANDS, INJURIES (INCLUDING DEATH), ILLNESS, PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGES INCLUDING LEGAL FEES, COSTS, MEDICAL EXPENSES AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHICH ARISE FROM OR RELATE TO PARTICIPANT’S TIME AND ACTIVITIES AT THE EVENT AS A RESULT OF THE SOLE, JOINT, OR CONCURRENT NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY OF RELEASEES.
Limitation of Liability
D&D BEEF AND D&D CATTLE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any state or federal court located in the Washington County, Nebraska, United States of America, and waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
Arbitration
The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve through negotiation any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement including the documents it incorporates by reference. In the event that the dispute, claim or controversy is not resolved through negotiation all claims and disputes are to be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Nebraska or another location mutually agreeable to the parties.
