What does Single Animal Sourced mean? Our ground beef is from a Single-Animal Source, unlike ground beef in grocery stores that is comprised of multiple animals, and dry-aged for approximately 21 days. Our ground beef does not lack in flavor, tenderness and overall eating experience. Once you taste the difference in quality when compared to the store, you will be hooked!

Every animal is slightly different, but we aim for between 85/15 and 80/20 for our ground beef.
