What does Single Animal Sourced mean? Our ground beef is from a Single-Animal Source, unlike ground beef in grocery stores that is comprised of multiple animals, and dry-aged for approximately 21 days. Our ground beef does not lack in flavor, tenderness and overall eating experience. Once you taste the difference in quality when compared to the store, you will be hooked!
Ultimate flavor and ultimate versatility! Our dry-aged ground beef makes darn good meatloaf, burgers, tacos, meatballs, and any other dish you need to throw beef in! Comes in 1 lb. packages. Stock your freezer and have many dinners on hand!
Every animal is slightly different, but we aim for 85/15 for our ground beef.
