Steak with Chimichurri Sauce

Steak with chimichurri sauce is the perfect pairing to a rich and juicy steak. The blend of herbs, garlic, and onion ad the perfect compliment to steak like our dry-aged Ribeye or New York Strip.

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley (about 1 bunch of parsley)

1 cup fresh cilantro (about 1 bunch of cilantro)

1/2 cup diced red onion

3 Tablespoons fresh oregano (optional)

1 Tablespoon of garlic, minced

2 Tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice

2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or more, to taste

1/2 cup good-quality olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Throw all the ingredients into a food processor or blender. Mix until smooth or to the consistency you desire, then serve.

  2. Keep in a air tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
