A hearty homemade cheeseburger pizza! Make everything from scratch with homemade dough or use store bought frozen dough.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- ¼ cup ketchup, plus more for drizzling **adjust to taste
- ¼ cup yellow mustard, plus more for drizzling **adjust to taste
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 2–3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (1-lb) loaf bread dough (can use frozen or use our quick/easy homemade pizza dough recipe)
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup finely diced pickles
- 3 slices cooked bacon, roughly chopped
- Sliced green onions, for garnish
- Salt and Pepper
- Olive oil

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Cook beef, onion and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until brown. Stir in ketchup, mustard, seasoned salt and Worcestershire. Cook for a couple minutes then remove from heat and slightly cool.

Stretch dough into a large oval on an ungreased sheet pan. Drizzle with a little oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Combine cheeses; set aside 1–2 Tbsp for garnish. Sprinkle two-thirds of cheese mixture over dough, leaving approximately 1-inch border. Top with meat mixture and remaining cheese mixture. Brush edges of dough with oil; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 15–17 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.

Drizzle with a little ketchup and mustard (if desired). Top with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, reserved cheese, bacon and green onions.
