A flavorful cut of beef that is great for marinating. Flank steak is a perfect steak to cook on high heat, fast, and slice against the grain.
- 1 Flank Steak
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or fresh garlic)
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard
Chopped Parsley and Jalapenos for garnish
Add all ingredients into ziploc bag. Seal bag and mix well.
Add flank steak to bag and coat with marinade. After fully coating flank steak, press excess air out and seal.
Let marinade sit for minimum 20 minutes.
Place on preheated grill and cook until desired degree of doneness. Allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
