Denver Steak
Denver steaks are a new increasingly popular steak that comes from the chuck primal. This steak is relatively tender, with nice beefy flavor and features a good amount of marbling. When trimmed and sliced properly, Denver steaks are great for cooking on the grill but can be used in a variety of ways. We like to use them for philly cheese steaks and steak sandwiches by slicing the meat thin.
