A customized box of ranch raised beef that we ship from our ranch to your doorstep.
If you are a fan of all cuts of beef this is the box for you!
This box will contain premium steaks and grilling cuts, ground beef and roasts, and assorted cuts.
- Premium Steaks: Ribeye, T-bone, Sirloin, Filet, and/or New York Strip Steaks.
- Roast: Chuck, Arm, Sirloin, Rump.
- Ground Beef: 1lb packages
- Assorted Cuts: Flank Steak, Skirt Steak, Tri Tip, Short Ribs, Stew Meat, Coulotte, Short Ribs, Denver Steak, etc.
Sample breakdown of 12 pound box: six pounds ground beef, one ribeye, one new york strip, three pound chuck roast, skirt steak.

You can request in the comments section at checkout which cuts of beef you prefer. We always try our best to provide you with your requests but know that based off of inventory, weight, or other factors, sometimes preferences can not be fulfilled. (Most of the time they are!)
This box is customized each month based on what we have in inventory and what preferences you leave in the comments section. We will email you prior to the shipping dates with the cuts your box will contain and ask if you want to make any changes or add any other items to your box.

Our dry aged beef is pasture raised and hay & grain finished for maximum marbling and flavor. We sell out of many cuts of beef, especially premium steaks, very quickly, ordering it ahead of time is the best way to guarantee yours. As a Club member, you are our first priority. Each box is custom packed just for you, and we are happy to make substitutions when requested.
As a Club Box Member you will also receive a 10% Discount Code for any product added to your subscription box. This code never expires! (When placing your first order, please leave in comments section for other items and a separate invoice will be sent so you won't be charged twice for shipping)

FAQ's:
- Credit cards are charged the 1st of every month
- Your card will be processed for the first order right now, and then will move to be processed on the first of the month at the frequency chosen.
- We will email you prior to the shipping date with the cuts your box will contain and ask if you want to make any changes. If we do not hear any requests from you, you will be sent the cuts listed in that email.
- Boxes will usually ship the first Monday of the month. If this changes, we will let you know ASAP.
- Michaela attempts to reach two requirements when filling your Premium Club Box: equal to the weight of your box and equal to the price point set.
- For example: Michaela will try to reach 12-pounds however, when you have a high dollar cut of beef that has a small weight, the ratio does change (for example a Filet weighs less than a Ribeye).
*On occasion, substitutions may be necessary. Rest assured that we always substitute with a cut of equal or greater value.

Shipping occurs once a week on Monday via UPS. (Subject to change due to Holidays) Orders are shipped frozen in a cooler with dry ice.
