A $50 deposit is required at the time of reservation, which will be applied toward your final invoice.

How much do I need?

You should anticipate 1lb per person. 

Tip! Debating on how much to order? If you decide to order a roast with a couple extra pounds, you can slice a few steaks off prior to cooking to make smaller OR you can cook the entire prime rib freeze what isn't served. It reheats greats!
