Preorders are now open, and availability is limited—so be sure to reserve yours early to guarantee the centerpiece of your holiday table.
A $50 deposit is required at the time of reservation, which will be applied toward your final invoice. Leave a note at checkout as to when you would like your Prime Rib.
We are anticipating approximately ~$28/lb
Prime Ribs are sourced through our local butcher. These are not D&D Beef.

How much do I need?
You should anticipate 1lb per person.
Tip! Debating on how much to order? If you decide to order a roast with a couple extra pounds, you can slice a few steaks off prior to cooking to make smaller OR you can cook the entire prime rib freeze what isn't served. It reheats greats!
Shipping occurs once a week on Monday via UPS. (Subject to change due to Holidays) Orders are shipped frozen in a cooler with dry ice.
