• A 20-pound box of premium ranch raised beef. ~10 lbs Dry-Aged, Single Animal Sourced Ground Beef, ~10 lbs Dry-Aged Roasts. (Roasts will vary in size. Arm, Chuck, Sirloin, and/or Rump.) Let us know which roasts you prefer, we will try our best to provide them but cannot guarantee.

Large

• A 30-pound box of premium ranch raised beef. ~15 lbs Dry-Aged, Single Animal Sourced Ground Beef, ~15 lbs Dry-Aged Roasts. (Roasts will vary in size. Arm, Chuck, Sirloin, and/or Rump.) Let us know which roasts you prefer, we will try our best to provide them but cannot guarantee.
