1/4 share will typically include 50% ground beef, 20% steaks and grilling cuts and 35% roasts and other cuts.

40 lbs Ground Beef (Hamburger Patties available as well)
4-5 Ribeye Steaks
4-5 T-bone Steaks (or New York Strip & Filet)
5 Sirloin Steaks
Grilling Cuts: Flat Iron/Denver Steak, Coulotte, Skirt Steak, Flank Steak, Tri-Tip
Approximately 4-5 Roasts (Arm, Chuck, Sirloin, and Rump)
Brisket, Short Ribs, Osso Bucco/Shank, and/or Stew Meat
***This is an estimation as to what you will receive. You cannot substitute more steaks in your ¼ beef. If there is a specific cut(s) you would like, for example tongue, heart, oxtail, etc. you can request to have those added to your order.
What is the difference between buying a shippable ¼ beef share and reserving one if we are local?
A shippable beef share is not customizable, it is a ¼ beef that we are able to ship to our beef loving customers across the country. The cuts received in our shippable ¼ shares follow our butchers standard cut sheet.
Can we request certain steaks?
You will receive a variety of premium steaks: Ribeye, Sirloin, New York Strip and Filet or T-bone. (T-bone is the New York Strip and Filet in one steak). You cannot request more steaks and less of another cut.
How will my order ship?
Our dry-aged beef is frozen and shipped on dry ice.
