Size: We cannot guarantee an exact size as weight will vary but will do our best to get it as close as possible. Rule of thumb, plan for 1 pound of meat per person.
Pricing: We will not know the final price until we get them from the butcher.

Source: Prime Ribs are sourced through our local, federally inspected butcher. This is NOT D&D Beef.

Payment
Cost is calculated on a per pound basis, we will not know the amount until we get the prime rib from the butcher. Once received we will then email you an invoice of the remainder of your payment (plus shipping). If local, we will schedule a time to meet.
