Are you looking for a quick and healthy weeknight meal? This Korean Beef Bowl is the perfect recipe to add to your ground beef recipes.
INGREDIENTS:
1lb D&D Ground Beef
Chopped garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ginger (grated or powder, to taste)
3 tbsp brown sugar (I used less)
Sriracha, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds optional
Mixed stir fry vegetables - our favorite are the Costco Kirkland brand
DIRECTIONS:
Cook ground beef in pan. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger and Sriracha to pan and cook for a couple minutes. Taste and season if needed.
Serve over cauliflower or traditional rice and cooked stir fry vegetables. Top with sesame seeds and more Sriracha 🌶!
