School is starting (or about to) and soon will all the extracurricular activities. I have been thinking of the quick and protein filled meals for our family on those busy nights and this recipe had my kids asking for seconds.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package King's Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
- 5 to 6 slices of Provolone Cheese
- Deli Ham
- Mayo (optional)
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- Onion powder
- Dijon Mustard
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut rolls in half (if you can, cut all rolls at once and not individually), spread Mayo on one side of rolls. Place ham, cheese on rolls and place the top on rolls. In a bowl mix melted butter, dijon mustard (to taste, approximately 1/2 tablespoon) and onion powder. Pour over the top of rolls. Cover with foil. Place in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
