Any breakfast recipe with overnight in the title is my kind of recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup Butter1 Cup Brown Sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 Cup Milk
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
12 pieces of bread (dry is better)
DIRECTIONS:
Heat/mix on the stove top:
1/2 Cup Butter
1 C. Brown Sugar
Pour into greased 9 x 13
In a separate bowl, mix the following ingredients:
4 eggs
1½ cup milk
1 Tablespoon vanilla
Layer 6 pieces of toast into the 9 x 13 on top of the mixed brown sugar and butter.

1 C. Brown Sugar
Pour into greased 9 x 13
In a separate bowl, mix the following ingredients:
4 eggs
1½ cup milk
1 Tablespoon vanilla
Layer 6 pieces of toast into the 9 x 13 on top of the mixed brown sugar and butter.
Pour 1 cup of eggs, milk, vanilla mixture over the top of the bread.
Add another layer of bread and pour the rest of the mixture over the bread. Sprinkle with 2 Tablespoons Sugar and 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon.
Cover and place in fridge overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Turn onto a jelly roll pan and serve with maple syrup. Enjoy!
