Corn Soufflé

This is the best side dish ever. Yes, I said it. Corn Soufflé pairs well with a juicy D&D Beef steak, side salad, and dinner is set! With the Holiday Season here, this is a great addition to your Thanksgiving and Christmas get togethers. Everyone will be asking you for this recipe!

Corn Soufflé

INGREDIENTS:

1 egg, beaten

1 cup sour cream

1 small can cream corn

1 small can whole corn

1 stick butter, melted

1 small box cornbread (I suggest Jiffy brand)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepare in baking dish. Beat egg, add all other ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes until edges are brown. (Time may vary depending on baking dish size)
