You had me at queso.....A fun and quick Christmas dip!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Black Beans - rinsed and drained
1/4 Cup Green Onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. Jalapeno Pepper - more to taste
1 (14 ounce) can Tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 1/2 T Taco seasoning mix
1 lb. Velveeta cubed (or you can substitute part of the velveeta cheese with cheddar)
1/3 Cup Sour cream
DIRECTIONS:
Put all ingredients together in a crockpot on high until melted, stir often. Once melted, turn temperature to low. Serve with tortilla chips and other toppings!
****If you want to make this more hearty, you can add some cooked ground beef to the dip!
